Our return policy allows us to gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt if the item is not as described. To process a return, the item is REQUIRED to come in its original packaging. Additionally, please provide us with the shipping tracking number and a specific reason for the return. We will issue a full refund for your order upon receiving the item in its original condition and packaging, with all components and accessories included. The maximum load capacity is 264lbs. The desk frame is width-adjustable from 42.25" MIN to 74" MAX, and the frame height is adjustable from 23.5" to 49".
