We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt if the item is not as described. To process a return, the item is REQUIRED to come in its original packaging. Additionally, please us with the shipping tracking number and a specific reason for the return. We will issue a full re-fund for your order upon receiving the item in its original condition and packaging, with all components and accessories included. UNICOO's children's table set has passed CPC physical and chemical safety tests, ensuring it will not crush or harm children.
